Please note: This guide applies only to people with the Admin privilege at schools using Parent Hub linked with RM Integris.
The Parent Support section in Parent Hub is designed to help you spot any issues with data in Integris that will prevent parents from verifying on the Parent Hub app.
You can access it via the Parent Hub Dashboard, or by clicking on the Features Menu in the top right corner and selecting it from the list of School Administration options (Admins only).
The aim of the game is for the row of boxes in the Parent Support Dashboard to be empty - zeroes in each box is good news as it means parents will be able to verify themselves without encountering any issues!
The 4 main data issues highlighted on the Parent Support Dashboard are as follows:
- Student Contacts with duplicate mobile numbers in RM Integris
- Students who have no contacts with Parental Responsibility
- Student Contacts with no mobile number
- Students who have no Priority 1 contacts
