Creating an account

Creating a Parent Hub account can be done in less than 2 minutes and requires just a name and an email address.

1. Sign up

Go to portal.parenthub.co.uk/register, enter your email address and create a password.

2. Tell us who you are

Once you've completed step 1, we'll ask you to create a profile. This is necessary for a couple of reasons:

• If you're creating a channel then your name is displayed to parents in the app when you send a message (so they know who's communicating with them).

• If you're creating a school account, your name is displayed to other staff members in the portal when they join the school.

When creating your profile you have the option of choosing how your name is displayed to parents, be it Mr Obama, Mr Barack Obama or just Barack.

3. What do you want to do?

After creating your profile, you'll be met with a choice. Do you:

     A) Want to create a channel for one or two of your classes or clubs and get to know Parent Hub a bit?

OR

     B) Set up or join your school (the recommended option for top-class parental engagement)?
