If a parent has signed up to the app but hasn't used it for a while, they might be missing out on the posts you've sent recently.
We highlight any contact who's not used the app for 30 days or more in the Admin > Parent Support. Just tap View Issues to find out who they are, and when they were last in the app.
We recommend sending them an SMS:
- Make sure you've got everyone on the same page.
If there are more than 10 people in this list, change Per Page from 10 to All - Select All
- Contact via SMS
