How to close your Parent Hub account

If you are linked to one or more students as a parent/carer, then when your youngest student leaves school, you'll automatically stop following the school.

If you would like to close your account at any time, please follow the simple steps below.

1. Tap the app menu (P) > Settings

2. Tap Close Account

3. Enter your password, then tap Close Account

If you cannot access the app menu (P) or have no access to the app, please contact support@parenthub.co.uk to request account closure. Thanks!
