Parent Hub is designed so you only need to add one child in the app - siblings are added automatically based on the records held by the school.
But if you're reading this, the chances are it hasn't quite gone to plan!
Read on to find out how to quickly solve the top reasons.
- The most common reason is that the second child has only just started at this school, and isn't yet officially on record as attending.
Please check back the day after their first day at the school (Parent Hub syncs up with other school systems overnight).
- There's an issue with school records. For example:
- You are not listed as a legal guardian for the second child (also known as not having parental responsibility).
- The school has different mobile phone numbers on record for you for each of your children.
- The school records show that your mobile phone number is assigned to two or more legal guardians.
Please check with the school office to make sure none of these issues affects you.
If you've checked all of the above and waited overnight and you still don't see all your children in the Parent Hub app, please let us know on support@parenthub.co.uk providing the following details:
- your name
- the school name
- the missing child's name
