Looking for a quick and simple way to gather feedback from parents and follow up with select individuals? Read on to find out how to get the most out of Premium Reactions in your Parent Hub messages.

Parents can already like most types of Parent Hub message, which provides schools with a basic measure of engagement, and parents a simple way to show their appreciation.

Premium Reactions adds 8 new reactions, as well as the ability to choose which reactions are available with each message.

For example, you may want to run a quick yes/no poll to check who’s done a piece of homework, or to see who can attend an event.

Simply click on the reactions button to edit the list before you send your message:

As parents react to your message, you’ll see the reactions appear and the total number increase.
