Changing MIS? Here's how to take Parent Hub with you.

Good news! Changing your Management Information System (MIS) doesn't mean you have to downgrade your parent communication.

Parent Hub works with all the UK's main MIS providers. What's more, we offer a free migration service so you can keep communication running smoothly throughout (one less thing to thing to worry about!).

Here's what you get when you stay with Parent Hub:

• No disruption for parents or staff
• All your existing app followers, staff logins and message activity is kept, so you don't need to start over
• The same great experience and level of engagement you and your parent community are used to

What do we need to do?

Just let us know which MIS you're switching to and your planned "go-live" date.

What happens next?

On or shortly before your go-live date

We'll send you instructions on how to connect Parent Hub to your new MIS. Usually this just involves authorising Parent Hub access in your new MIS.

After you approve the connection

We'll carry out a quick check to make sure the data in your new MIS is nice and tidy. If it is, we'll complete the migration within 48 hours and you can keep using Parent Hub throughout.

If some tidy-up is needed, we'll let you know. Most MIS providers have built-in tools to help you tackle this.
