This article is for schools using SchoolCloud (tes) Parents' Meetings to run parents' evenings and other events.
Linking SchoolCloud to your Parent Hub account helps make life easier for parents by keeping all of your messages in one place.
Once connected, you'll be able to send booking invitations and reminders from SchoolCloud to parents via the Parent Hub app, email , or SMS.
Step 1 - turn on the SchoolCloud integration in Parent Hub
Log into Parent Hub and head to MESSAGES > SchoolCloud > Settings > Manage Integration to turn on the integration and allow Parent Hub to receive messages from SchoolCloud:
Step 2 - select Parent Hub as your chosen communication provider in SchoolCloud
That's it! SchoolCloud will now give you the option to send messages (reminders) via Parent Hub, which will be sent as one-way direct messages. Here's an example of how they look in the Parent Hub app:
