Which do you prefer? Personalised messages have a much bigger impact and with Parent Hub, they're just as fast to send as regular messages.
Merge Tags use data from your MIS to personalise your messages, instantly increasing your engagement potential.
How do I use them?
Just click the Merge Tags button while writing your message and choose the appropriate tag. If you'd prefer to make your message more formal, choose 'Contact Title' and 'Contact Surname' instead of 'Contact Forename'.
The tags appear as [square brackets] in your message but will be swapped for data from your MIS at the point the message is sent or scheduled.
Please note: when you view a sent or scheduled message, you'll see the tags instead of the replacements, even if you sent your message to just one parent.

Do Merge Tags work when I copy and paste?
Yes - Parent Hub will recognise the tags in your copied message, such as [CF] for 'contact forename', so you can build up a bank of commonly-used personalised messages on your computer.
Don't see the Merge Tags button? Just click Upgrade in the top-right corner of the page to switch to a Plus or Pro plan.
