Parent Hub offers a whole bunch of features, such as Message Scheduling, Online Payments and Translation, to name but 3! Here we show you how you can quickly and easily find out which features you already have access to, and how to enable other features available to your school.
Admin > Account Management > Feature Sets gives you an at-a-glance view of the features available to your school.
Related features are grouped into Feature Sets, such as Engagement Power-Up:
You can identify the status of each feature using the key below:
These features are included in your Plan and are already enabled for you to use.
|These features are available as an upgrade or free trial.
|These features are included in your Plan but are disabled. This could be because they’re not compatible with your MIS provider, or because a school admin user has asked that they be disabled.
|From time to time, you may also see features that are in development, so you can see what we’re currently working on!
You can buy into groups of Feature Sets on an annual basis, known as Plans. To manage your plan, tap the 'Upgrade' button in the navigation bar:
From here you can upgrade, renew or cancel your plan. And if you don’t see a Plan that’s right for you, please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org so we can tailor one to your needs.
